On April 23, 2014, the Union negotiating committee and NRG management reached tentative agreement on a collective bargaining agreement for the wages, benefits and working conditions for all production and maintenance employees at Conemaugh, Seward, Keystone, Shawville generating stations and Mobile Maintenance employees. Members will be receiving a copy for review of the major change sheet prior to the information and ratification meetings. Meetings will be held over two days at the locations and times listed below.

To briefly summarize, the five (5) year proposal includes a 2.9% wage increase each year, changes of medical coverage and benefits for active employees and future retirees, L.T.D., team Leader rate, vacation, quarterly Labor/Management meetings and a $500 one-time ratification bonus. This does not include all changes and it is recommended all members attend an information meeting prior to voting.
